The Importance of a Uniform Ambassador
aunching a luxury uniform program can be a daunting task for even the most experienced team, but here at Studio 104 we are on hand to guide our clients through this process with some simple tips and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
One of the most important parts of this process is to nominate a Uniform Ambassador.
This is a vital step and we would recommend this even for smaller projects.
This person will be the main point of contact with Studio 104, being a consistent presence throughout, and should be appointed during the early stages of a project.
They should have a basic understanding of garments and their care, and knowledge of how the client will be managing the running of the uniforms after their launch.
The key tasks that the Uniform Ambassador will undertake vary from measuring employees, to ascertaining the sizes of uniform required. Translating these measurements into garment sizes and reviewing this data with the Studio 104 team. To helping to assist in the planning of the client fitting session, and being on site during these sessions to watch and take guidance on how to manage the fit process once the Studio 104 team have completed the launch.
The guidance that Studio 104 will show to the Uniform Ambassador in the initial fitting session is invaluable to continuing the success of the uniform program. New starters will of course require uniform after the launch, and using the guidance that Studio will impart can make this a straight forward process.
With the guidance of Studio 104, the Uniform Ambassador can also manage stock levels and where required manage any new potential orders that are required over the years to come.
Finally it is also helpful to have one point of contact with Studio 104 so a relationship can be built ensuring that the uniform program continues seamlessly.
Although the above responsibilities may sound simple, these are vital steps in ensuring both a successful launch, but also the continuing successful management for years to come.
Studio 104 is always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance to all of ourclients and we hope that the above is a good introduction to just some of the ways we can help in a creating a effective uniform launch.
