Six Senses Rome
Six Senses Rome, an urban spa retreat in a Unesco-listed Roman palazzo offers both an escape and a sensory-rich journey for international guests and locals. From the buzzy convivial BIVIUM Restaurant-Café-Bar to a unique Rome-at-your-feet feeling on NOTOS ‘secret garden’ Rooftop – all just steps away from historic landmarks and glorious works of art.
BoTree London
The BoTree is planting luxury hotel roots amongst some of London's best independent cafes, bookshops, and boutiques. Just steps away from the iconic Bond Street and Regent Street, the BoTree will be firmly positioned where Mayfair meets Marylebone. Complete with a guest DJ-ready nightclub and two restaurants, the 199-room hotel boasts a design brandishing a bold and bright palette.
Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino
Mandarin Oriental’s first property in Greece Navarino Bay will offer 99 spacious suites and pool villas on the waterfront. The resort will have an earth-sheltered design with the buildings blending into the curved hillside with planted roofs. There will be five restaurants and bars, and a huge wellness centre with an indoor-outdoor pool with views of the bay.
Hotel La Palma, Capri
The project will transform and reimagine Hotel LaPalma, the first and oldest hotel on Capri island. Located just steps away from the famous La Piazzetta, guests will be dazzled by its 50 rooms, a rooftop Gennaro Esposito restaurant and bar, a pool deck, and a spa.
Son Net
Just a 15-minute drive from Palma inthe foothills of the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana Mountains, stands SonNet; a stylishly understated, art-filled hideaway on a private Majorcan estatedating back to 1672.
Over centuries, this Majorcan manor house was passed down through the hands of several prominent Spanish families and became one of the most prestigious residential estates on the island.
Famed for its history and classical design, during its transformation, Son Net will preserve many of the mansion's original features: rustic beams, stone floors and archways, carved wooden ceilings, antique fireplaces, an original 17th century interior courtyard and spring-fed well, and private family chapel. There will also be a curated private art collection.
Bulgari Hotel Rome
Bvlgari Hotel in Rome transforms a bold 1930's modernist building into a luxury hotel, by bringing the aesthetic sensitivity of the Age of Augustus, and characterized using construction materials, such as marble and mosaics.
Bvlgari Hotel Roma will host the“Bvlgari Bar”, a spa, and “Il Ristorante” by Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito, overlooking the iconic Ara Pacis and the Tiber river.
The project celebrates the magnificence of the Bvlgari's hometown by referencing a unique Roman heritage, and through the extraordinary synergy between the regeneration project for Piazza Augusto Imperatore and the renovation of this historic building that echoes the impressive alchemy that ties Bvlgari to the city.
Nobu San Sebastian
The famed Palacio Vista Eder, constructed in 1912, will host Nobu’s soon-to-open hotel in Spain’s most famous food city. It’s Japanese design 20 rooms and suites, and signature Nobu restaurant on site, will offer panoramic views of this glorious seaside escape.
Son Bunyola
Richard Branson's former private villa will soon welcome travellers to this super-luxurious hotel. Set on an 810-acre estate, this 26-bedroom hotel from Richard Branson’s luxury collection will be welcoming visitors to its two restaurants with a tapas lounge, numerous alfresco dining options and a swimming pool with stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside.
Rosewood Schloss Fuschl
Hotel Schloss Fuschl was initially constructed in 1450 as a castle to serve as a country escape for Austrian royalty. Across its fabled history the resort has been acclaimed as an exquisite, tranquil retreat for discerning travelers from film stars to foreign dignitaries. Its silhouette has been synonymous with the grandeur and glory of elegance throughout time.
The full renovation will update the structure and grounds to feature well-appointed guestrooms, including suites and six chalets. In addition, Rosewood Schloss Fuschl will be home toworld-class restaurants and lounges and will also feature Asaya, Rosewood's integrative well-being concept, with eight treatment rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness centre.
